Our founder, Asha Townsend, built Centric Support after seeing too many care providers lose sight of what truly matters — people. With a background in both community care and client advocacy, Asha set out to reimagine aged care on the Gold Coast: more human,
more flexible, and more centred around you.
Driven by her belief that everyone deserves to live independently, safely, and joyfully in their own home, Asha created a model that gives clients choice, clarity, and confidence. Through Centric Support’s self-managed and partnership care options, she’s helped
countless families find more care hours, better value, and a genuine connection with their support team.
